NEW! Why do we have to add our phone number and address into buying game keys now?

  1. This is a new way to stop chargebacks and fraudulent activity.  This is set to protect people that credit cards have been stolen to steal from us as well.  Clearsale and Stripe pay which has anti-fraud tools to detect rather sell to a buyer or not.
  2. This is needed also for the fact we are selling physical items on the site now too.

How do I edit my password to my account?

You can edit your password using the social settings bar.

  • At the top right of the site when logged in drop down under Social Menu at the top right of the site.
  • Scroll down to Social Settings.

How do I edit my billing and shipping information?

In order to update your billing and shipping information.  Once you are logged in.

  • Drop down the Account menu.
  • Then select billing and shipping.

On this page you will be able to click Edit to update this information.
Note: If you are only buying Game Keys or Free Downloads this is not needed unless it is an physical item/tangible.

Where are my Subscriptions?

This is purely for GC Protect program or for any service listed in the service category of the shop.   This doesn't not apply to Premium Memberships.  Premium Memberships are a separate system.

In order to view your subscriptions.  Once you are logged in.

  • Drop down the Account menu.
  • Then select Subscriptions.

On this page you will be able to view your GC Protection plan or any service associated with the our Shop.

Where are my previous orders?

In order to view your previous orders.  Once you are logged in.

  • Then select View Orders.

On this page you will be able to view your invoices.

Where do I download my digital items?

In order to download digital goods again.  Once you are logged in.

  • On left select Downloads

On this page you will be able to download any downloadable item you have processed to your account.

How do I cancel my Premium Membership?

Where can I add funds to my account?

Adding funds to you account is a great way to purchase items from the shop.  Make sure you are logged into the site.

  • Drop down Account on top right of site.
  • Select Make a Deposit
  • On page, type the amount you like to add to your account in the Top-up field.
  • Your Top-up will be added to the cart purchase your Top-up like any other purchase process
  • Once payment is receive you will be able to see that amount on the same page under Account Funds.  This will also show up upon Checkout to use to buy items.

Can I write my own review also?

Yes, you can write your own review along with the authors review posted.  Only thing is, you must wait for a staff member to approve your review before it shows up on the site.

This helps stop spammers of bad content writing from spamming up the site.

Where do I find my Followed Game Reviews?

You can find game reviews you followed under Account Tab.  Make sure you are logged into site.

  • Drop down Account menu on top right of site.

What are GBs?

GBs are what we call gamerbucks.  Gamerbucks can be used to lift ranking on your social status here at GamersConduit.  You can use GBs to request items like giftcards, cash directly to your PayPal and much more.

How do I get GBs?

You can receive GBs by reading the list of things you can do on GamersConduit.  To see this list follow steps below.

  • Drop down Account menu on top right of site.
  • Select My GBs

Where is my ranking listed?

You can view your ranking on the My GBs page.  There are several areas of the site you will see your ranking shown.  Our ranking system is based off the DOTA 2 characters.  DOTA 2 is a moba based game.  We used the character sets to give ranking.

  • Also on this page you will find a link to the Ranking Legend.  It will show you all the Ranking levels you can obtain.

You can view what badges you have received on your profile page. We also give badges / achievement icons.

How do I turn off email notifications GBs?

 You can turn off email notifications from GBs by unchecking them in your Email Setting which is also under the drop down menu named Social at the top right when you are logged in.

Where do I find my stuff I added to my wishlist?

You can view your wishlist items under Account tab.  Make sure you are logged into the site.

How long does my wishlist keeps like list of products?

Wishlist products that are added to your list stays valid for 31 days from date added.

What if my product has been damaged while being shipped?

If your product has been damaged in the process while being shipped.  We are not responsible for other companies such as FedEx, US Postal etc.. service practices.  There will be no refunds.  All sales are final.

Note: This is directed to tangible / physical items.  Digital Items that has been purchased with a GC Protect plan can be refunded or replace digitally.

Can I get a refund from a purchased product?

We are sorry to say but purchases are final.  Once, the product is shipped out there is no turning back.

Are game keys and codes gauranteed to work?

We have an 100% legit game key distributors ready to sell game keys etc.. on through GamersConduit.  We have a trusted distributor instead of just some random sellers like G2A.  We also beat Steam Platform in pricing.

Is there any insurance for these codes on site?

You can also purchase on checkout for game keys and codes insurance so if the code doesn't work you get a new one without question.  Insurance Services are affordable and worth purchasing for individual game keys and codes.  You can also purchase subscription monthly for insurance if you are going to go ham on buying games with us.  Subscription Insurance covers all purchases with in each month of insurance payment.  If insurance subscription is canceled before the coming month you still get to enjoy the existing month being insured.

When do I get my purchased game keys or codes?

This really depends on what you purchased.

If you bought a preordered / backordered game you will pay but also get notified once it is available.  You will receive an email letting you what you purchased and the game key or code.

If you buy a game key or code and it is available (in stock) you will receive an email with in a few minutes or a couple hours based on site queue load.  Usually this process is fast so you can get to gaming or using the code you bought.

Where do I add my purchased Game Key Codes?

This is a simple process if you search the system that you are using.  Usually, this Redeem A Code is in a platforms store.  If you need more details on all platforms please visit our Redeem Code Locations page.

Downloads

How does the downloads or free downloads work?

Just like a regular product or shipped item.  The downloads are processed like a purchase order.  You do not get charged for FREE DOWNLOADS of course.  It just adds to cart so that it can provide you with a 0.00 dollar invoice for that download.  This happens so the user can always go to their View Order to download it again.

Where are my download links located?

Download links are provided inside the View Order page.  Click on the invoice of the download and a link will be available there.

How long does my download links last?

We set it so that your download links will last only for 8 hours per ordering a FREE Download or Purchased Download.  You will have to repurchase a download that has a price tag to it, if time limit for that download expires.

So, download and archive your purchased downloads that are not FREE.
