Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 More Powerful?

Did you hear the hype about the 1070 GTX card kicking Titan X ass in a benchmark test?  Well, it's true!  The funny thing is people comparing two different cards that are made for different purposes.  Titan X is more for rendering and the 1070's and above is made for gameplay.  Or at least this is what I come to think of these cards usage.  So, when just spending money on things make sure you read what they are for.  This is what we are going do in this article.  Let's take a look at pricing and benchmarks between the two that blew our mind.  TITAN X versus NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1070, let the battle begin.

The NVidia GeForce GTX 1070 is based on the Pascal micro-architecture.  NVidia is no joke right now on technology for video cards.  Their architecture has not been beaten so far and this card is one of the beast one other than The GTX 1080 series.  The 1070 series is the fast so far on the market. The frequency of this baby is 8GHz which is pretty fast making it the fastest GDDR5 video memory base card.  This card power consumption is efficient as well.  The wattage is at 150-watt TDP as for the Titan X is running 250-watt.

It really comes down to this, the NVidia GeForce GTX 1070 is a beast ass card.  The NVidia GeForce GTX 1070 basically killed Titan X in all areas of performance and efficiency.  The great thing about all this you can afford a powerful card for less.  Take a look at the chart above pricing is below.  As time goes on from this article I am sure the pricing will drop even more.  If you want bang for your buck this is it.  If you want crazy beast-mode to take a look at the NVidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.  I could push benchmarks on you but what's the point this card is affordable and damn near close to a 1080 GTX.  If you are looking for something that will give you animal performance for affordability 1070 Ti is it.
